Five Below in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an energetic retail leader to oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise crew, coach on the B.E.S.T.

service standard, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow the customer with personal contact.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates and customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stocking tasks.
