Job summary

Five Below in Missouri is seeking a capable store operations supervisor to oversee daily activities, manage crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests.

You will train associates, handle opening and closing duties, drive sales through merchandising and excellent customer service, and maintain stockroom organization while complying with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs; stock up to 5-10 ft.
• Open or close store; secure cash and alarms.
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintain stock room and store cleanliness.
