Living Spaces in Humble, TX is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations and a seamless customer experience. You will validate daily Standard Work and manage cash handling, POS activities, and post-sale orders with accuracy and integrity.

The role emphasizes inventory control, pricing accuracy, and collaboration with merchandising to uphold brand standards and drive sales performance. Prior retail leadership or elevated responsibilities are a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies and customer service expectations.
• Process cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy including receiving, cycles counts, and transfers; support order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement and signage.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
