Qualifications

• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure policy compliance.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities.
• Reinforce standardized processes and SOP compliance through daily execution.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, cycle counts, and product transfers.
