Responsibilities

• Manage store opening/closing, front-end processes, and housekeeping to ensure readiness and security.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, labor standards, and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workloads and assign tasks to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to drive productivity.
• Communicate and train topics to improve the customer experience.
• Handle freight processes, stocking, and merchandising upkeep.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
