Job summary

Five Below seeks an energetic store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew on top customer service, and support checkout excellence. You will help receive and organize stock, act as Manager on Duty, and manage opening/closing procedures, cash, and alarms.

Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential. Experience in retail management, ability to motivate staff, and a commitment to a fast-paced WOW customer experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for display.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
