Job summary

You will support onboarding and training, manage daily tasks as Manager on Duty when required, and work to boost sales through effective merchandising and service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and think creatively.
• Maintains composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and fast, friendly check-out experiences.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective performance and high service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep items available on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
