Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and drive engagement with our brand standards and in-store programs.

You will coach staff, handle scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising while supporting a positive, inclusive store culture and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and minimize loss.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps with verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Create a fun, productive environment and reinforce brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store; recruit and train personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safekeeping of assets.
• Support inventory management and store operations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
