Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive steps of discipline when the Store Manager is absent.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment per Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering peaks.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory protection.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and address escalations.
• Encourage participation in membership programs and promotions.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness.
• Open/close the store following Operations procedures.
