Job summary

Five Below in Hiram, GA is seeking a Support Lead on a part-time basis to supervise crew, train team members, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences for customers. You will help with stocking, opening/closing, and daily store operations.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration with the store team to boost sales while controlling expenses. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving/unpacking and stocking to the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed with store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash, alarms, and daily prep.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance as needed.
