Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and assume store operations, staff management, and urgent issue handling.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
