Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens/closes store in absence of management with required cash handling.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and maintains cash register records.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and price signage.
• Supports vendor deliveries and backroom activities as needed.
