You will greet customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to deliver a delightful experience.

The role supports inventory accuracy, pricing changes, vendor deliveries, and merchandising rotations while maintaining store standards and compliance with store policies.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe; provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Be the liaison between management and team members when store management is not present and communicate assigned tasks.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing changes, backdoor access for deliveries, and merchandising revisions.
