Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Experienced Store Supervisor to support the store manager with daily operations, open/close responsibilities, cash handling, and customer service.

You will supervise staff, ensure ACE standards, manage pricing and display, and maintain safety and attendance while meeting budget goals. Occasional travel within Arkansas may occur; lifting up to 50 pounds and working evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Occasionally supervise staff and communicate work performance.
• Ensure ACE customer service to donors and customers.
• Monitor pricing, display, and selling within established ranges.
• Stock and maintain store interior/exterior with proper rotation.
• Handle cash register, total sales, deposits, and daily reporting.
• Participate in loss prevention and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain payroll/records in manager's absence.
• Keep store clean and safe, ensure proper attendance.
• Maintain attendance records and process absence requests daily.
• Observe safety policies and enforce them.
• Be a positive role model for staff and customers.
• Ensure store hours are open and operations run smoothly.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
