Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a qualified Keyholder to support the store manager and assistant manager. The role covers opening/closing, banking, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service to donors and customers throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field work routines.
• Equivalent to four years high school or GED, with emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally supervises staff, giving them oral and written communications regarding work performance.
• Ensures ACE customer service to all donors and customers.
• Monitors and controls the receiving, pricing, displaying and selling of store merchandise.
• Adequately stocks and maintains interior and exterior of the store.
• Uses cash register to total sales, balances cash and prepares daily deposits.
