Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder for our Mountain Home store. The role supports the store manager and ensures daily operations run smoothly, including opening/closing, cash handling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally supervises staff and provides guidance on work performance.
• Delivers ACE customer service to donors and customers daily.
• Manages receiving, pricing, display and sale of merchandise within established price ranges.
• Maintains clean and attractive store interior and exterior and rotates stock as needed.
• Operates register, processes payments, and balances daily receipts and deposits.
• Supports loss prevention efforts by monitoring activity and reporting suspicious behavior.
• Completes payroll and other paperwork in the absence of management.
• Ensures a safe, clean environment and proper housekeeping across store areas.
• Keeps attendance records and processes time-off requests as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and follows policies; acts as a positive role model.
• Ensures store is open and operating during designated hours; performs other duties as assigned.
