Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills with ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and provide oral and written performance feedback.
• Assist with interviewing applicants and onboarding new hires; maintain personnel files.
• Balance cash deposits, prepare daily bank deposits, and maintain store transaction records.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, display and sale of merchandise; ensure pricing within approved ranges.
• Enforce loss prevention measures and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Ensure store is open during designated hours and report to the VP of Donated Goods when necessary.
