Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and communicates work performance; may assist with interviewing and orientations.
• Provides proper customer service to donors and customers and helps develop additional donors.
• Motivates employees to meet production guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, display, and sale of merchandise within established price ranges; maintains store appearance.
• Balances cash receipts, prepares daily bank deposits, and maintains transaction records; deposits may require travel.
• Uses cash register for sales, payments, voids, returns, exchanges, and credits; ensures proper sales reporting.
