Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to advance to Coordinator duties as needed. Availability includes nights and weekends, with a focus on exceptional customer service and leadership in store operations.

The role emphasizes team leadership, adherence to policy, and maintaining store procedures across opening/closing, inventory, and customer experiences. Competitive benefits accompany this position in Alexandria, LA.

• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses customer service issues and provides coaching to associates
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines
• Communicates updates to management and associates when addressing priorities
• Provides feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
