Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Key Carrier who will alternate with a Coordinator role. The position requires open availability including nights and weekends and emphasizes exceptional customer service.

You will help manage store operations, coach Associates, and act as Manager on Duty per company policy. The role involves leading on daily tasks, maintaining service coverage, and ensuring procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to coach and delegate to Associates as needed.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
