Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and guest experiences. This role alternates with the Coordinator responsibilities and requires open availability, including nights and weekends.

You will help lead associates, uphold store policies, and ensure procedures are followed to maintain a positive shopping environment. The position emphasizes strong customer service, coaching for staff, and adherence to labor laws while promoting safety and
