Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses customer service issues.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas.
• Communicates priorities effectively with management and Associates.
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and procedures.
• Supports and participates in loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
