Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and guest experience. This role rotates with the Coordinator and may take on Manager on Duty responsibilities, requiring open availability including nights and weekends.

You will ensure service excellence, coach Associates, and maintain adherence to store procedures while supporting opening/closing tasks and labor management.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with store software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and coaching to Associates.
• Ensure store operations align with the store plan and priorities.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures per guidelines.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback to staff.
• Identify training needs and partner with Management to address them.
• Promote compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support credit and loyalty programs.
• Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safety and a positive store environment.
