Job summary

Marshalls in Wyoming MI, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a Key Carrier role, an elevated extension of the Coordinator position. You will alternate duties, act as Manager on Duty, coach Associates, and help ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening/closing and customer service excellence.

We require open availability, including nights and weekends, with strong communication and teamwork. 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required
• 6 months leadership experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates
• Maintains associate coverage and adheres to labor policies
• Promotes safety, loyalty programs, and shrink reduction goals
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs
