Job summary

Marshalls in the United States is hiring for a Key Carrier role. This position alternates duties with a Coordinator, including leadership in store operations and customer-facing tasks. Availability nights and weekends is required, with a focus on service excellence and policy adherence.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience (1 year) and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, strong coaching skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role.
• Key Carriers must have open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Role models exceptional customer service.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
