Responsibilities include managing store operations, coaching Associates, ensuring adherence to procedures, and performing manager-on-duty functions to support the store team and deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of store merchandise flow
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead as Coordinator when needed and act as Key Carrier
• Provide exceptional customer service and address issues
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow company policy
• Coach and develop store associates
• Maintain store coverage to ensure a positive customer experience
• Support management on priority tasks and training needs
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and policy compliance
