Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in Madison, AL. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends.

You will model exceptional customer service and lead by example in a fast-paced off-price retail environment. You will ensure tasks align with the store plan, coach Associates, and maintain accurate coverage while upholding all policies and procedures.
