Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier who will alternate with the Coordinator role, taking a leadership stance in store operations. You must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate exceptional customer service daily.

You will model integrity, manage staffing, and support store goals. As Manager on Duty at times, you’ll coach associates, monitor procedures, and communicate priorities to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promote integrity and confidentiality; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and team coverage are executed properly.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates; support training needs.
