Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership, primarily serving as Coordinator with opportunities to lead as needed. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

The role focuses on exceptional customer service, team guidance, and ensuring adherence to store procedures. The candidate will act as Manager on Duty, manage coverage, coach Associates, and partner with Management on training while upholding safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, delegate and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed as per guidelines
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Coordinates training needs with Management
• Promotes safety and compliance with labor laws and programs
• Other duties as assigned
