Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Evansville, IN is hiring a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership on a dynamic retail floor. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability including nights and weekends.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, coach Associates, and uphold policies while maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include ensuring proper coverage, assisting with opening/closing, and communicating priorities with management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop Associates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan and priorities.
• Provides coaching to Associates and addresses customer service issues.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
