Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations in Chicago to lead store operations, payroll, scheduling, and budget execution. The role requires dynamic leadership to optimize inventory, labor, and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive store performance, oversee safety and compliance, and mentor team members while supporting omnichannel initiatives and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of labor hours
• Experience handling payroll/documentation and working with budgets or P&L data
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across store operations

Responsibilities

• Write and manage weekly team member schedules within budget
• Oversee payroll and other HR administrative tasks
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and store facilities
• Support budget and labor planning and analyze store performance data
• Lead store operations initiatives and ensure safety policies are followed
• Provide leadership on guest experience and omnichannel programs
