Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Detail oriented and accurate.

Responsabilités

• Monitor associate’s adherence to company policies.
• Run cashier register and courtesy desk and handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Familiar with store layout, safety equipment, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to managers.
• Maintain time clock accuracy in the absence of leadership.
• May close store and secure doors, lights, and alarms.
• Assist customers with product locations and store questions.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and well presented.
• Follow PPE, food safety, cleaning, and guest experience guidelines.
• Support other departments as needed.
