Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Experience with suggestive selling and product knowledge is a plus.
• Detail oriented with administrative aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor associate adherence to company policies.
• Run cashier register and courtesy desk; handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Familiarity with store layout and safety equipment locations.
• Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to managers.
• Responsible for time clock maintenance in management's absence.
• May close store operations and secure premises at shift end.
• Assist customers with product locations and store queries.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Follow PPE, safety, and cleaning expectations; guest experience guidelines.
• Potential assignment to other departments as needed.
