Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu-Sun).
• Familiarity with restaurant/retail software and basic business tools.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service and sales while supporting growth for team members.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
