Insomnia Cookies is seeking strong management at our Kingston, RI location to lead a hospitality-focused team. You will recruit, coach, and develop Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers while driving exceptional service and sales performance.

The role emphasizes training, mentorship, and career growth within a fast-growing company. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, store cleanliness and inventory controls, plus creating local marketing initiatives and recognition

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality in daily management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Solid proficiency with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and drive in-store recognition programs.
