Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Strong hospitality mindset with ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Proficient with restaurant/retail software and hiring via an Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, guest service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Develop in-store recognition programs and contests.
