Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable leader to oversee store operations, guest experience, and daily crew performance. This hourly role requires hands-on management, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and strong communication.

You will train associates, drive sales through merchandising and service, and coordinate with the store leadership team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. A minimum 1 year of management experience and a High School diploma are required.
