Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail experience
• Preference for candidates with store leadership roles
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using C.H.A.R.M service model
• Foster a positive team culture and share feedback
• Assist with daily retail operations including POS, stock room, pricing, and markdowns
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager for timely task completion
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance policies
