Job summary

Five Below in Ocala, FL is seeking an energetic store leader to oversee daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will act as Manager on Duty, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while maintaining stock and store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Expect a flexible schedule including weekends, with starting pay at $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their duties.
• Assists receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
