Responsibilities

• Wowed customers by providing fast, friendly checkout and leading the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room.
