Job summary

Five Below in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a capable individual to join our store leadership team as a manager on duty. You will supervise crew, train associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout and exceptional customer service.

This hourly role requires flexibility, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a commitment to daily store operations. Minimum 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the drive to boost sales while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stock receiving and merchandising placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
