Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Leader to supervise daily operations at our Gaithersburg location. You will oversee crew, train on the BEST customer service program, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests.

Requirements include at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong verbal/written communication. Flexible hours, physical duties, and a focus on merchandising are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms and store readiness.
• Drives sales through merchandising, staff performance and customer service.
