Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Manager to oversee donated merchandise operations and ensure excellent customer service within established business practices. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with agency policies.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This position offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience with 20+ employees and prior Goodwill leadership training preferred.
• 2 years in retail setting preferred.
• Must be 21 years old and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to speak/read/write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and expenditures to meet store financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, develop and supervise store personnel.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and resolve complaints.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and pricing.
• Produce and review daily reports and payroll; manage monthly meetings.
• Meet sales goals and operate within budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee production and rotation of merchandise and ensure quality.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and attend required trainings.
