Goodwill Central Oklahoma in Moore, OK is seeking an assistant store manager to oversee daily operations of donated merchandise in line with policy and budget projections. You will lead shift leaders and store associates, ensure efficient cash handling, and maintain a welcoming environment for donors and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, safety compliance, and the ability to train and motivate staff while delivering excellent service.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role of 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production, or food services and/or demonstrated success and completion of Goodwill training.
• Bilingual a plus; valid Oklahoma Driver's License and car insurance verification.

Responsabilidades

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and supervise all store personnel to maintain and exceed the Agency's operational standards.
• Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Open and close cash registers, counting money and balancing cash drawers.
• Maintain all company records and reports accurately and in a timely fashion and assist in preparation of daily reports.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Must be able to adapt to growth and a changing environment within the Agency.
