Job summary

Wingstop in Baton Rouge is seeking excellent assistant manager candidates to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Inspect products for correct unit count and condition; report differences to the store manager.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment standards, and QSC compliance.
• Supervise shift leads to ensure opening/closing procedures and labor policies are followed.
• Address customer complaints effectively and delegate tasks as needed.
