Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to support the store manager in planning, organizing, training, and leading the team to achieve objectives in sales, cost, and guest satisfaction. You will ensure adherence to policies, supervise shifts, manage cash handling, inventory, and deliveries, and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager to plan, organize, train, and lead to meet sales, cost, and service goals.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor weekly truck deliveries and control costs by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment and keep the temperature log up to date.
• Ensure product received matches counts and policies; report differences to the store manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Assist crew to provide friendly, attentive service and accurate orders.
