Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager on planning, organizing and training.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure deliveries and inventory are managed to control costs.
• Inspect equipment, maintain temperature logs, and ensure food quality and cleanliness.
• Supervise shift leads to uphold opening/closing procedures and guest service.
