Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates; provide training and coaching.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory, and promotions.
• Operate POS systems and manage cash with accuracy.
• Ensure store standards and policy compliance; support opening/closing duties.
• Maintain pet care areas and ensure safe, healthy pet handling.
