Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the store department.
• Plan and organize with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager to execute projects and tasks.
• Uphold brand, merchandising and presentation standards.
• Compliance with loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
• Support building and hiring a strong team and train associates on procedures.
• Perform other tasks as business needs arise.
