Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Store Lead who will directly influence the execution of brand standards and the teammate experience. Working under the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, you will be the in-store expert, guiding staff to deliver exceptional service and a smooth daily operation.

You will lead by example, foster an inclusive environment, and coordinate with teammates to meet daily goals while maintaining store presentation and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Golf experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store team, deliver brand standards and customer service.
• Coach teammates, onboard new hires, and cross-train staff.
• Plan 30-days-ahead schedules with store leadership and manage workforce to execute daily tasks.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure loss prevention policies are followed.
